25h2 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before registering or using any services provided by 25h2. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of all terms stated herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to revision from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Membership Eligibility
By registering an account or using any part of the 25h2 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with all related policies published on this website.
To be eligible for a 25h2 membership, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum age required by local law, whichever is higher.
- Be an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- Not falling under any category prohibited by applicable laws or regulations of the relevant jurisdiction.
- Register in your own name and not on behalf of any third party without written authorisation.
25h2 reserves the right to decline registration applications or terminate existing accounts without providing reasons, should any of the above conditions be found to be unmet.
2. Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at 25h2. Attempting to register multiple accounts for the purpose of manipulating bonuses, promotions, or platform systems is a serious violation and may result in the freezing or closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your username and password secure and not sharing your login credentials with any other party.
- Ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, truthful, and up to date, including your full name, phone number, and bank details.
- Notify the 25h2 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- All activity that occurs within your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party due to your negligence.
25h2 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials confidential.
3. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the 25h2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Touch ‘n Go eWallet, FPX, Maybank bank transfer, CIMB, and other methods displayed during the deposit process.
Deposit Limits and Conditions
Each deposit is subject to minimum and maximum limits set according to the payment method. Current limits are displayed in your account dashboard during the deposit process. 25h2 reserves the right to adjust these limits from time to time with reasonable notice.
Withdrawal Process
Withdrawals are processed to a Malaysian bank account registered in the same name as the account holder. 25h2 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Processing times range from one to twenty-four business hours, subject to required verification procedures. 25h2 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
Bonus Terms and Rollover Requirements
All bonuses and promotions are subject to rollover requirements set out separately for each offer. Winnings derived from bonus balances may not be withdrawn until the rollover conditions have been fully met. 25h2 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of promotional system abuse.
4. Platform Usage Rules and Prohibited Conduct
25h2 users are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following while using the platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems, servers, or other users' accounts.
- Engaging in any activity that violates Malaysian law or the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes, odds, or platform systems with fraudulent intent.
- Uploading or distributing content that contains malware, viruses, or malicious code.
- Misusing the customer support system by submitting false complaints or threatening staff.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of any outstanding balances, and potential legal action by 25h2.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Account Policies
Limitation of Liability
25h2 provides the platform on an “as is” basis and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or the absence of technical errors. 25h2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, including technical disruptions beyond 25h2's control.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 25h2 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and brand names, is the intellectual property of 25h2 or its respective licensors. No part of this content may be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written permission from 25h2.
Account Suspension and Closure
25h2 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. In cases of suspension resulting from a user violation, 25h2 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of an investigation.
Third-Party Links
The 25h2 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 25h2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms, Governing Law, and Contact Us
25h2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this website. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the 25h2 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
